Our program is designed to give you maximum results in shorter time duration. Our program is your regimen. We provide you with the necessary tools you need to achieve your fitness goals. Most people go to the gym daily and waste their valuable time, doing the same thing day in and day out. Here, you won’t even see the same workout for a couple months at a time. You will notice a difference in how you look, you how you feel, strength and endurance. If you follow our plan, we guarantee results!

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?

    With a full warm up, workout, and cool down you'll be in and out in less than an hour. Most workouts are between 12-20 minutes...some even shorter. With short workouts you may be curious to know if it is enough work, well it is! Since most workouts are timed you are challenged to complete as much work as you can, which equates to more power.
  • its functional.

    We utilize movements that your body is meant to do and we teach you how to do them properly. For example, you are probably sitting in front of a computer right now, what are you going to do when you stand up? Squat! When you pick up that luggage? Deadlift! When you put that heavy box on that high shelf? Press! By utilizing movements that are ingrained in your gene pool you get the most bang for your buck.

    Since we almost exclusively concentrate on athletic performance, you will definitely gain lean mass and shed fat resulting in a very lean muscled look. People who train for performance instead of looks end up looking better than most bodybuilders ever will. A gymnast for example will never do bicep/leg curls, pec deck, cable flys or anything on a machine in their training. Yet they are easily one of the strongest pound per pound atheltes in the world and could easily be confused for being a competetive bodybuilder.

    Absolutely! Your needs and the needs of an Olympic athlete differ by degree, not kind. Everyone can benefit from increased power, strength, coordination, agility, balance, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance! This may be intimidating to some of you, but don't worry! You don't have to be “in shape” before you join! Every workout is completely scalable in such a way that a professional athlete, a 10 year old boy and a 80 year old grandmother can be working alongside one another, all getting a great workout!
